Four different nine-hole courses are run by Lakeview Golf Course, providing golfers with a wide variety of 9 or 18-hole games to play. For beginners, the Mountain Nine is a relatively straightforward course to start on, with no water hazards and mostly straight fairways. A bigger challenge awaits at the Lake Nine, where streams run through many fairways. Located about 5 miles southeast of Harrisonburg, the course is surrounded by quiet countryside but not too far from the town either.
